Coworking without Community is just Working
Who am I?
My name is Olga and I love coworking spaces!
I started my first coworking tour in the United Kingdom, visiting more than 20 coworking spaces. I wrote an e-book about the learnings of this experience.
Last winter, I continued this coworking tour in Berlin by interviewing 10 more coworking space owners.
In October 2018, I will be in Mumbai, India

First of all, thank you for the interest you have shown in the BumbleBee project.
The BumbleBee project was initiated thanks to the support of the Schwarzkopf Stiftung as a reflection on The Future of Work.
What started as a study, become now our day-to-day work.
Because we believe Coworking spaces are part of the Future of work,
Because we trust in the power of the Community as the key of new connections, collaborations and entrepreneurial spirit,
the BumbleBee Project is a serie of meetings with founders and community managers of coworking spaces worldwide.
Our aim is to solve this question :
How do you create this collaborative environment that empowers high-impact entrepreneurs to create purpose-driven businesses that leave the world better than they found it?
After all, coworking without community is just working.
To answer it, we plan to explore the best practices by visiting
coworking spaces known for their dynamic community. We want to study how this alchemy works by meeting the people behind the scenes, sharing the story of the founders and high-growth entrepreneurs.
The result will be documented through articles, vlogs and photography.
I graduated with a master degree in Business Law, and in entrepreneurship from the United Spaces and Germany.
My work experience ranges from the European institutions, law firms, NGOs to now the founder of a start-up.
I discovered coworking space as I started living the entrepreneurial life.
Since then, I love coworking spaces and I am thinking about opening one.
After this enriching experience in the United Kingdom, I continued my journey in Berlin, Germany.
There, I met with more than 15 coworking spaces. And one of my articles was published in the July edition of the Berlin Valley.
What are my plans for the next couple of months?
From the 1st to the 10th of October 2018, I will be in Mumbai for a coworking tour, meeting the most vibrant communities!
In November 2018, I will be in Amsterdam, organizing the coworking tour of the Coworking Europe Conference.
If you are the founder or community manager of a coworking space, please don't hesitate to drop me a line!
In October 2018 I will be visiting the most vibrant communities of entrepreneurs in Mumbai, India.
